Welcome to Dream View. By using the Dream View application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dream View is a dream journal application that allows you to record dreams by voice, receive AI-powered transcriptions and journal entries, and generate AI dream visualization videos. The App uses artificial intelligence services to process your content.
You must sign in with Apple to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You retain ownership of the dreams, recordings, and other content you create through the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The App generates videos, journal entries, and analyses using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reflect your actual dream experience. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.
Video generation requires credits. Credits can be obtained through:
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
When you share a dream video via a link, the video thumbnail (blurred) and dream title may be visible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for who you share your dream links with.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at kyle@dreamview.co.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream View shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
