Dream View ("we", "our", "us") operates the Dream View mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID, name (if provided), and email address (which may be a private relay address). We store this to create and manage your account.
Dream Content: Audio recordings, transcriptions, AI-generated journal entries, mood tags, and AI-generated dream videos. This content is stored securely in our database and cloud storage.
Reference Photos: If you choose to upload reference photos for dream characters, these images are stored securely and used solely for generating personalized dream videos.
Device Information: We may collect push notification tokens to send you reminders you've opted into.
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Audio recordings, videos, and photos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls. We use row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual dreams at any time from within the App. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us at kyle@dreamview.co.
